THB, the UK based insurance broking group, have awarded KnowledgeCenter the contract to provide them with a bespoke CRM, DMS and Workflow solution.
THB act as a wholesaler for other intermediaries as well as providing risk management and insurance broking services direct to corporations and individuals. THB operate in niche sectors where it has specialist knowledge which means that however special or unusual the risk, it can find the right markets, wherever they are located.
This is a major win for KnowledgeCenter, not only as they expand their insurance client portfolio, but also as they get their CRM solution out in the market.
